Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The facilities in the lodge are excellent as is the food. The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful.

Negative: We arrived shortly after the lunch had been served and we were offered some reheated fries and chicken nuggets. We were happy to pay for this but we were told there was no charge. The next day we were informed that the reheated food was actually counted as the prepaid lunch that was included in our booking. The reheated food was not up to the standard of the rest of the food that was being served in the lodge so this was a unfair decision by the hotel staff.
