Summary: From the moment we arrived, Natalie at the reception desk made our stay exceptional. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Any questions we had—whether it was opening and closing times for the swimming pool, sauna, or gym—she provided all the information clearly and with a smile. Her help made everything so smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself offered great service throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely recommended. We also loved the free parking, the beautiful grounds, and the comfy outdoor pods for dinner—such a lovely touch for a relaxing evening meal. 🍽️✨ Thank you, Natalie, and the whole team at Denham Grove Hotel for a memorable stay.
