Positive: The location was really good. Everything was close by. The accomodation and personal was great.
Negative: The check in and check out system is absolutely bad. One of the worst I’ve had so far. I had trouble using the digital key. Checked in online ad was requested by the email but the key didnt work and because it was late check in there was no one around. Thankfully a phonecall to the person in charge fixed it. However, the same thing happened during check out. My booking was not found during check out just had issues. The hostesd was present so it was quickly fixed but I would rate the check in / out system 0/10. I hope it gets fixed because I wasnt the only one having issue….
Summary: Great location, personal and okay rooms but the check in/out system needs to be fixed….
