The jewel and focal point of this house is the gorgeous backyard with its infinite pool and jacuzzi over looking the Sea of Cortez. You have the perfect grilling spot on the ground level, an extremely large second story terraza, and even a beautiful margarita deck on the third level that provides 360 degree views of the town, ocean and Tetakawi so you’ll never miss a sunset. This much area ensures you have all the space needed for your guests.
The open kitchen, dining and living room take full advantage of the view with large windows and sliding glass doors.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need, ready to entertain. The grill is charcoal.
From this location you have the perfect spot to kayak or paddleboard with the dolphins who live in the bay.
