Positive: The location is great, short walk to Royal Victoria Park, Royal Avenue, Royal Crescent. Bath centre is quite compact. We parked the car on arrival and did not get in it again until we left several days later. Room was comfortable.

Negative: There was nothing we particularly disliked. Wifi would have been nice but it was not a great issue as have plenty of mobile data.

Summary: We had a pleasant stay at this venue run by a delightful couple.
