Positive: Great location.. Beautifully facilities, so clean and great equipment in the kitchen. Loved the balcony overlooking the water and street. Fabrizio was a wonderful, helpful and cheerful host.

Negative: There is a little street noise but it dies down before you need to sleep.

Summary: Great location, facilities and host. Would stay here again.
