Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Broadview 3 times because we feel so comfortable there. It’s a lovely efficiency-type apartment over a large garage. As photos show, it’s modern and has great furnishings. It’s always sparkling clean when we arrive, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. We enjoy morning coffee/tea on the deck, listening to sea and land birds. We are senior citizens, and we do not have trouble with the stairs, but you should be aware that there are stairs to negotiate. The MaineStay people are terrific, too, very informative and responsive. The owners have a home across the large lawn, and we rarely see them, but when we do, there’s always a friendly wave. Also, there are 2 good restaurants within walking distance, and you can buy lobsters off the boat down at Mackerel Cove.
