Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We had a choice of 3 breakfast items. I had two and they were delicious. All were homemade with more than enough food. I felt badly not eating all of the food on my plate. Coffee and OJ were also good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room had a lovely balcony with rocking chairs looking out over an expansive back yard. The birds serenaded us daily.

Negative: We had a room on the second floor of the springhouse. The steps were quite steep and luggage hard to get up. The chairs in the breakfast room were cute cafe chairs but were uncomfortable. Ones with cushions would be great.

Summary: A B&B convenient to Winterthur and Longwood Gardens that is comfortable and has wonderful breakfasts
