Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Spotlessly clean, lovely deco, comfortable bed and perfect location

Negative: We stayed for a weekend in the beginning of December but there was no heating on anywhere including our rooms. Upon arrival our room was freezing and so was the bar. There was an open log burner that wasn’t lit either. We only managed to stay for one drink as it was too cold. We went into the town where every hotel/ pub we visited were lovely and warm. Having said this, when we returned at our hotel at 10pm the heating was on in our room. Although disappointed that the bar was closed ( on a Saturday night too) would have liked to have taken a night cap to bed.
