Positive: The staff are brilliant. You feel part of the group from the moment you arrive. The story that is shared about the location was part of making the experience so special. The service was great, the team learn about you fast and get to know your preferences. The rooms are fantastic and the location is better that it looks in the photos! 100% recommended.
