Positive: Easy parking, access to garden
Negative: Internet too slow for working from home, shower too compact, not ideal for cooking meals. Washing machine and ironing facilities not for own use – have to ask owner to wash for you and the second time I asked they didn’t get washed.
Summary: Poor internet, much smaller than photos suggest
