Bedroom #3/Casita is an oversized room featuring a California King-sized bed, reading area, 50” Smart TV with DirectTV programming, a dedicated AC unit, and an ensuite bathroom with step-down glass walk-in shower. - Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool heat scheduling.
- Post stay housekeeping is for three-and-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are typically available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay (check with the management company to confirm availability).
- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
