Summary: The unfriendliness of the reception staff, especially the night shift, ruined our overall impression of the hotel. When we asked about towels to use for the beach, we received a rude response telling us to buy our own. The hygiene is at a satisfactory level, but far from perfect. The breakfast is good. The pool is not as large as it appears in the photos, but the staff around the pool is definitely a bright spot. For this price, I would rather choose the hotels where we usually stay, such as Hipotels Playa de Palma or Hotel Houm Plaza Son Rigo.
