Summary: The reception staff was incredibly helpful from check-in to check-out. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and explore the city comfortably. In fact, even two days after checking out, we left our bags there again for two hours, and they were extremely accommodating. The location was excellent for the metro and sightseeing spots, which is exactly why we chose it in the first place. The hotel is small, the rooms are small, and the second bed was quite old. Also, don't be surprised by how tiny the elevator is when you get in! Overall, though, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
