Positive: We had a lovely stay at this house. The bathrooms could do with some updating, but the beds were very comfortable and the whole place was nicely decorated. Having two lounges worked really well for our group — both were cozy and great for relaxing. The kitchen was a good size and well equipped, and overall it genuinely felt like staying in someone’s home. Despite being on a fairly busy road, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The house was a bit cold when we first arrived, and we had to override the heating, which took a little while to warm the place up. It was very comfortable for the six of us, and the large garden was a real bonus. The location is excellent — directly opposite the Heath, with a beautiful walk straight through to Dunwich Beach.
Negative: Even though it was the Easter weekend, we did feel it was quite expensive for what it was, but overall we still enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms could do with a bit of updating.
Summary: Relaxing and enjoyable weekend.
