Summary: Staff - from the receptionist being at dinner so we couldn’t check in, to the waitress who didn’t know how to pour wine, the waiter shouting down the phone at a colleague on how to make an omelette, the constant forgetting to bring dishes that had been ordered, ordering three different types of coffee and when they arrived they were all the same….it was so bad it became funny! Rooms - don’t be fooled by the decor when you arrive which is very cool - the bedrooms are like stepping back in time to a 1980s apartment in Eastern Germany! Beyond the decor the heating in the rooms had two settings - boiling or open a window and be slightly less boiling!!! Food Menus - don’t believe what is on the menu….whether for dinner or breakfast half the items are not available! And of those that were the chocolate fondant at dinner was the worst! It was a slice of Starbucks brownie with some cream on top!
