Summary: I felt itchy in my bed, it felt like bed bugs were all over me, the check in process was way too complicated and should be simplified other than that I would say it was a good stay, the shower had hot water and it was powerful, the staircase needs a really good clean and some more lighting on the staircase especially at the bottom, it feels old and needs to be modernised
