Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Very clean, nice modern hotel. Great architecture. Beautiful Albanian art throughout the entire hotel. Overall very impressive.
Negative: We had a problem with payment. We were double-charged on the credit card. They realized the mistake and then, oddly enough, wanted us to additionally pay in cash, which we refused. It took over a month to resolve the issue due to an unwillingness by the hotel management to reverse the excess-charge on the credit card. I had to get my credit card company involved to move things along. We had two rooms. Aircon in both rooms was not working. Bathrooms flood easily due to odd location of toilet and shower.
Summary: A great place, but not without flaws. I would revisit nonetheless.
