Positive: From the moment we arrived in the spacious car park, the hotel looked outstanding surrounded by the beautiful Stelvio National Park, we was made to feel most welcome, the check in process was quick and the room was spacious and immaculate, a real attention to detail throughout the hotel, coming from a background in teaching hospitality and business improvement I'm not easily impressed, but I was. We booked a table for the evening meal, which was superb, the quality of the food and again the tentative service was spot on, as can be said for breakfast. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to the whole team.
