Positive: One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. Parking was perfect for us, even with a station wagon, a trailer, and two motorcycles that we kept off the trailer. The location was absolutely amazing. The lady who checked us in was unbelievably kind, professional, and welcoming. She truly made us feel at home. She personally took us to the room, showed it to us, and made sure we would be comfortable there. That kind of care is rare. Our room was very spacious, extremely clean, and had amazing mountain views from two sides. The room was a bit outdated, but in a charming way, and it had a lot of character. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel also gave us a basket with our room number and towels for trips to a swimming pool, which was a very thoughtful touch. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly nice. The room was cleaned beautifully every day, our towels were replaced without us even asking, and they even gave us a vase for a flower we had, again without us asking. Breakfast was included in the price. It was not extraordinary, but it was served in a very nice room, and there was always more than enough food. Even though there were not many guests, the staff made sure everything was full. The two ladies working at breakfast were always attentive, clearing our empty plates and bringing more food when needed. The pool was great, and the front yard area for guests was beautiful and relaxing. Overall, the service, employees, room, location, and atmosphere completely exceeded our expectations. We were truly surprised and impressed. A big part of what made this older hotel so special was the staff. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and treated us extremely well. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was an unbelievable experience.
