Positive: Hotel Kavia Plus has a great location in Cancun Town, just a short walk from Palapas Park, which becomes very lively and vibrant in the evening with plenty of food, activities, and local atmosphere nearby. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel also serves an American-style breakfast, which was convenient for starting the day.
Negative: There were a couple of things that could be improved, though. The room had no wardrobe or even a proper area to hang clothes, which was quite inconvenient, especially for guests staying for several days. I have asked them to fix the watter pressure on my sink but was never attended. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was also closed and under maintenance during our stay, so we weren’t able to use it.
