Positive: Cleanliness of the place, the friendliness of the staff and the Starbucks right in there

Negative: The room was way too hot for a good night sleep. Sleeping temperature should be 15 to 18 degrees, not 21! The only way I could play with that was to blast the AC which was right in my face. Very bad sleep.
