Positive: We arrived at a fantastic hotel in a small village in the countryside. The surroundings were charming, and the hotel is beautifully located right in the middle of the village square. Just make sure to park in the right spot if there’s a market the next morning! We felt very welcome and received a warm and positive reception. The room was lovely, with a modern and reasonably spacious bathroom and shower area. The restaurant and its food are difficult to describe in words — it’s something that truly has to be experienced. Everything was outstanding, and the wine list was both extensive and ambitious, sure to satisfy any wine lover. Before leaving the next day, we had a look at the selection and bought a bottle of Grappa from a nearby distillery, as well as a few bottles of local Piemonte wine. Breakfast was excellent and gave us the perfect start to the day. In summary, this is a hotel and restaurant we would love to return to — an experience that will stay close to our hearts.
