Positive: The hotel is located on the beach. You get sunbeds and an umbrella every day. The hotel is very clean. There's a nice pool. The room had a balcony, a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom with all amenities. Daily cleaning was impeccable. There is indeed a train line nearby, but it didn't bother me. Free private parking is available, both enclosed and covered. It's a short walk, and the gate is accessible with a code. All in all, a great hotel to stay at.
Negative: The price-quality ratio is excellent considering the free parking and free sunbeds. I would like to give the hotel some advice regarding the organization of their breakfast. Open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, bread was regularly out of stock at 8:45 AM. Other items weren't replenished either. There was a line for the coffee machine every day, even though you only have two. The coffee machine's hygiene leaves much to be desired. The staff works very hard and tries their best. However, there's a lot of disruptive noise when clearing the table. And I would recommend setting the tables for dinner after 10:00 AM, not starting at 8:45 AM. All in all, I was disappointed with the breakfast; you can definitely improve it.
