Positive: The spa area, the outdoor swimming pool, the breakfast, the New Year’s Eve Fireworks
Negative: Some room facilities not suitable for older people and outdated, the service team was often stressed and over loaded especially during dinner. Front desk attitude was very inconsistent - from very helpful to rude and annoyed.
Summary: Good hardware (location and some facilities) but invest a little more on software (people)
