Positive: Good location only a couple of blocks from the lake and restaurants and shops. It has free parking. A wide variety for breakfast. The pool is nice.
Negative: Parking is tight. Building is older but has been upgraded. Balconies are only seperated from neighbor by a curtain sceen.
