Single storey house of 87 m2, in exposed stone, completely renovated in 2018, in the countryside with its unfenced plot of 700 m2, not overlooked, fresh and bright, quiet. Panoramic view of the Luberon massif.
La Magnanerie adjoins the bastide l'Espatule, a pretty house full of character, not permanently occupied by its owners.

- A large living room, living / dining room equipped with a table for 6/8 people and 6 chairs, a leather sofa, 2 armchairs, a color television, a coffee table, 1 chest of drawers and a large chest.
- A fitted kitchen open to the living room.

Outside, in the shade of a large oak tree, you have an equipped terrace area, an electric barbecue, a table and 6 chairs.
Access to the heated swimming pool of the main house, 10X 4 m with panoramic view of the Luberon, equipped with deckchairs and parasols, equipped with a standardized safety cover.
Access to the pool is shared with retired owners who occupy the adjoining country house as a second home. The swimming pool is in service from Saturday 25 May to Friday 27 September 2019.
