Welcome to our Quaint, Freshly Updated, approx 600 sq ft 2nd Floor unit in Historic downtown Geneva. This is the perfect place to come back to after a day of activities. The apartment offers a shared front screened porch and backyard, 4 blocks from Geneva Train Station to Chicago and steps from the bars, restaurants, and shops on both 3rd St and Rt 38. Bring a bicycle or walk to the River Bike Path that takes you into St. Charles or Batavia. Wifi and Cable included.

This is a small, 2nd floor, 2 bedroom unit with kitchen and living room and pull out couch. Entire apartment with shared front porch and backyard. There is a ring Video Doorbell. Tampering with or blocking said camera will result in immediate termination of rental.
