Positive: A real homestay experience. Your host is a lady that will respectfully care for you and make you feel welcome. A true motherly figure. House is nice and big, rooms are spacious, view is beautiful and location is very quiet but still walkable downtown (30 mins.. to avoid noise and pollution use roads up the hill). Just don't worry if internet communication is slow, host lady is her golden years. Everything will be in place once you get there.
