Positive: Nice quiet location, although on one day, chap next door spent ages repairing and revving a motorbike in the garden. Very handy for the beach, pubs and shop.

Negative: Only two sets of towels for a 4 adult llet, we had three in the part. One tea towel for a week. The icebox door was missing. Glasses cupboard hinge kept coming loose (I did repair this). Bathroom fan didn't work and no external windows so steam and odours vented into stairs. Front bedroom window wouldn't close and had to be bunged up with one of the towels when the weather changed to stop the wind and noise through the night. The twin beds are wedged in between two walls and great if you under 5' 6"ish, we're a bit taller and felt wedged in. At this price point things should be spot on. I emailed owners via booking.com but never got a reply.

Summary: Didn't meet expectations at this price point.
