Summary: We asked for a late check out and the front desk attendant (not sure of her name) was unfriendly and made us feel like and absolute inconvenience. We were polite in asking and said if it didn’t work, we’d be ok with that. Her response was “well, fine but no later than 12:30”. Incredibly unexpected for a Marriott.
