Pleasant, unspoiled rural and natural environment, 3 km from the typical village of Allerey-sur-Saône, steeped in great history thanks to its income (located both on the banks of the Saône & the old Roman road Agrippa ), in turn major river port of the Beaunois region & its wines until the 17th century, important railway junction for passengers & goods (late 19th / early 20th century) then one of the 20 rare "American hospital camps" during the 1st world war. Gîte fitted out in the spirit of a small, cozy chalet-style cottage.
