Positive: The hotel is beautiful in general Friendly staff Buffet was very good different type of food and delicious Beverages available all day free

Negative: First of all , i had a little problem about the room When i booked through booking i choosed a family room concept with door in between But when i arrived they give me different one not like the photo shown on booking app However, I request to change the room and they accepted that and change it Second thing: as an ultra all inclusive, wifi should be free but you have to pay in the hotel for this service. But the price was affordable about 15 usd for 5 nights for 2 phones No electric kettle present in the room so if you wanna have something you have to go to the bar And its a Little bit problem when you have baby and you want to make them a milk at night Swimming pools not heated even the kid’s one Only the indoor pool
