Newly renovated beach condo overlooking the pools & fountain. Just under 5 a minute walk to the beach. Large balcony with a 6' porch swing to relax and enjoy Tybee Island. Master has a King Bed (new mattress) and the guests room has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Each room has their separate bathroom. Lighthouse point Condo is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island. You can walk to the Lighthouse and other restaurants. Ride bikes to anywhere on the Island! PLEASE NOTE- THIS UNIT IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR BUT PARKING IS BELOW THE UNIT. THERE ARE15 STEPS WITH A STRUDY HANDRAIL
