Positive: It's like a home from home! A wonderful house equipped with everything you need. We loved the location on the edge of town, within 10 mins walk of the bus station and an easy walk into town (even for my 83 year-old father!).
Negative: The minorest niggle (and it's not the host's fault!) the rubbish collection system in the neighbourhood is incredibly complicated (even by UK standards). I'd just recommend chucking everything in the communal bins on the street, as you do most other places in Spain.
