Summary: Reception and restaurant staff were excellent, great friendly service and extremely helpful but unfortunately that’s where it ends. I would not consider the cottage to be luxury accommodation, it may have been back in the 90’s but certainly not now, we stayed in the cottage named Burnside it should be renamed Roadside, it’s situated 9 metres from the road which has a constant flow of traffic from 3.45am until 9pm. The only views of Loch Ness are from the bedroom windows. For the money we paid I’m extremely disappointed with this accommodation
