Positive: Good location, parking, lots of space indoors, owner was responsive when hot water didn't work.
Negative: Needs a lot of work. Minimal kitchen utensils, eg 1 bowl for 4 people. Balcony unsafe for small children. Not clean, cigarette buts all over, dirt under beds, stains on walls. Not cared for.
