Positive: Lots of space, convenient to downtown, good WiFi and TV, lots of towels. Generally comfortable.

Negative: Hard to adjust thermostat settings, kitchen cooking ware needs updating, some shade would be welcome on back porch. Exit lighting couldn’t be turned off.
