This Property is a 12,000 sq ft barn that sits on 40 acres of Land. This Barn sits about 200yds away from the main residents who live in a 9,000sq ft property. Within the barn is your Airbnb which is a 3 BD 1.5 BA apartment. You access pool and hot tub through us to book a time to go enjoy! You will have access to different excursions on the property and at the nearby lake with our Jet Ski’s. Please read further details on how to book these excursions (:

Guests will have access to the property and Barn but NOT the main house. The attractions on the property are available upon coordination with your hosts!

-JET SKIS

Our Rental Fee’s are $85/Hour with a 2 Hour Minimum.

Our Jet Ski Wave Runner is Available upon Coordination. You and your party will have access to the entire lake. This Jet ski goes all the way up to 80 MPH!

Each Rental must purchase mandatory Renters Insurance through our coverage provider Insurance which is $50 per session.
This insurance is 3rd party liability insurance and DOES NOT cover the equipment. You are 100% responsible for damages to the equipment and responsible for your own safety and actions when at our business

-POOL & HOT TUB
We would love to have you experience our hot tub and Heated pool. We ask that we keep noise down at a reasonable level with you and your party as residents live in the neighboring home. Coordinate with us for availability.


-TRAILER PARKING
We allow our guests to store their trailers on our property. Bring your Trailer and store on our property. Coming in town for the rodeo? We have (For Livestock):

Renters must coordinate with hosts to sign their waivers and pay the Excursion Fee before coming down to ride. ​
We need you to show up 30 mins early for our process so please give yourself plenty of time to do this beforehand. ​

Renters paying for machines must be 21, and have a current drivers license.
To operate ATVs Must be 16 years old and have drivers license and occupied by parent or guardian at all times.
Renters are required to wear Closed toed shoes (we recommend boots), pants/jeans ( No yoga style pants as they do not offer protection), and eye protection.
If you show up in sandals or shorts or yoga pants you will not be able to ride and will still be responsible for your reservation.
