Maricopa Desert Ranch. Come out to the mountains the desert. Stunning sunsets, Native Cactus, Bird watching, Walking. Many activities nearby like Skydiving if you're feeling adventurous.The home features great room floor plan (Open Concept) with master bedroom suite split from the other bedroom. Enjoy relaxing Arizona Summers or Winters. Located 5 mins from Arizona Soaring Aviation training.
This property is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city but only a short drive to downtown City of Maricopa. Along the way you'll pass one of our Golf courses. We have Troon Golf course called Southern Dunes and The Duke Golf course, Multigen center available for fitness, The Harrah's Casino, UltraStar Multi-tainment Center at Ak-Chin, APEX race track, Shopping and a multiple activites both in nearby Chandler and Phoenix available.
We are in the process of transforming the outside landscaping. We have new fencing we are planting trees and other shrubs as well as installing irrigation. This means we will be coming onto the land between 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday. We will not bother you but want to make you aware we are in the process of transformation.We are located in Rural Arizona, Wi-Fi is Starlink, but even with that you can sometimes get outage due to satellite connection. Most are happy with it.
