Modern glam remodeled interior with granite countertops, luxurious king sized bed, 60 inch TV with Roku, formal dining room that seats 6 generously, security alarm, private covered parking for 2 large cars, ample parking, covered patio with a table for outdoor dining under two giant pecan trees and walking distance to local restaurants.
The cozy completed remodeled cottage is located in the back yard. The cottage has a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, large 55 inch Smart TV , coffee pot, granite countertops, table with 2 chairs and (2) twin beds. It is completely furnished. The granite countertops area serve as a desk for computer work with WI-FI. The cottage is located near the private covered patio, covered 2 car carport and driveway.
The laundry building is located to the left in the back yard. It contains washer and dryer, table and 6 chairs, bathroom and ample space to play board games.
