Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: One of the best places we have stayed in Switzerland. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, spacious and very well equipped. Everything has been thought of and we immediately felt at home. The absolute highlight is the breathtaking mountain view – even more beautiful than in the pictures. The location is wonderfully peaceful and perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Zermatt and Mattertal region. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Check-in was simple and everything was perfectly organised. We would definitely stay at Mattertal Lodge again and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful place in the Swiss Alps. 10/10!
