Summary: Check-in experience was the worst I have ever had. No one at the front desk and I was left waiting over an hour to check in. I tried to call the number at the desk but the person didn't have wifi. The wifi was awful and only got signal at the reception desk. The air con in the room didn't work. No service at the bar either so I spent most of my time at the beach. Breakfast was poor with limited / stale options. Room taxes only payable in cash which led to a dash to the cash point last minute where I was charged extra fees. The positive side was the room was cleaned daily and the cleaner was lovely. I was told they are having staffing issues.
