It is located just 10 minutes from the historic center of Lecce where you can admire the unique Baroque of Lecce. Near the Villa is the Rudiae archaeological park.
The historic villa has a large park of about 2 hectares available to guests. There are three independent HOUSES, with a total capacity of 13 guests. HERE you can book the house ... ..It is certainly the most comfortable, near and quiet solution for those who want to spend their vacation in Lecce, in complete tranquility, in an environment in close contact with nature, without sacrificing elegance and comfort, and with the possibility of easily and quickly reaching the main tourist seaside resorts of Salento such as Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca.
The park preserves and integrally preserves the native plant species such as olive groves, fruit trees, myrtle, rosemary, sage, laurel and strawberry tree which flood the large garden with ancient and fascinating smells. There is a small pond with a prevalence of papyrus and water lilies, and a large area shaded by a gigantic century-old pine, equipped with a barbecue and tables for dining and resting outdoors. The swimming pool at guests' disposal has a solarium and a relaxation area, and it is possible to book counter-current and hydromassage swimming services for a small fee.
The furnishings of each house are modern and comfortable, suitable for families with children or for a romantic getaway, or a group of friends or even for those with business needs.
Each suite is equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning, heating, wi-fi, LED TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toilet paper, toiletries, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, pots and pans, household detergents and person, spices in the kitchen. Parking is in a fenced garden. The washing machine is in the external laundry compartment.

two-room apartment on the ground floor of 60 square meters air conditioned (4 beds) with attached small veranda, hence the name, the first room is the living room with complete kitchenette and the second is a double bedroom with a large bathroom and a loft with a French double bed . The furnishings have been recovered from the same structure and expertly restored, such as the charming poor art work table and the screen made up of old doors. It is located in the old part of the villa and is equipped with high star-like "face view" vaults.

IT IS MANDATORY TO TAKE A SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO DIV, IT IS FORBIDDEN TO BRING FOOD INTO THE POOL. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY THEIR PARENTS. THE POOL IS ACCESSIBLE ONLY DURING THE DAYTIME UNTIL 7:00 PM.
