Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: One of the cleanest places I have every stayed. Comfortable bed, very nice staff, adequate parking. They had a fan to help because no A/C; we bought a window lock so that we could have fresh air. Great location 2 blocks from coffee shops and restaurants, but off the main drag so not such heavy traffic.
Negative: We were on the first floor and could hear everyone walking past our room. Very little soundproofing. Someone who sleeps light might have difficulty. Also, the room was fairly small. Description said 320 Square feet and I disagree. Room may have been 12X16 plus the bathroom. Adequate but by no means spacious. Pillows were thin.
Summary: Good night's sleep in a very clean and safe though small room with great staff and adequate parking.
