Summary: The room was nice, and seemed modern and clean. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Gets quite busy on holidays and weekends, though. The staff was professional and friendly. We had a problem during check-in, where the front staff said that breakfast wasn't included, even though the Hotels.com reservation clearly said that breakfast buffet was included. So this was a bit bad first impression. After forwarding the hotels.com reservation to the hotel email they checked it again, and after a bit decided to honor it. So in the end it wasn't a problem at all, and we got the breakfast that we had paid for. No problems after that, but a bit weird experience still. Parking is expensive, but I guess that's typical for Munich. Pool is small for a hotel this large, and also gets very crowded during holidays.
