Positive: location was perfect. Building felt safe and apartment was impeccably clean. The apartment is so beautiful, and wonderfully appointed. the air conditioning was a life safer in the extreme June heat wave. It was a magical feeling to wake up and look out the window to see the Pantheon, thousands of years old and just a few steps away. Lorenza took great care of us and was very responsive. She arranged for safe transport to the airport, made a nice restaurant recommendation, and made a special trip to pick up laundry detergent. We enjoyed meeting her and appreciated how conscientious she was throughout our stay. It was a gift to stay there.

Negative: It was not a problem for us, but people should be aware that it is several flights of stairs to access the flat. There is an elevator but you still need to walk up several steps.

Summary: If you are looking to splurge during your stay in Rome, this place is well worth it.
