** PLEASE NOTE: CELL SERVICE CAN BE EXTREMELY SPOTTY. Sometimes cell service does not work, but there is Wifi.
Pre-Arrival Requirements: As part of our guest screening process, a copy of your ID will be requested after your reservation is confirmed. You will also need to sign a rental agreement prior to your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee.
