Positive: The Property was in a great location, perfect for 3 night break to see Lyon

Negative: When we arrived at 4pm we couldnt check in until 5pm, we knew this but it would have been great to be able to leave luggage somewhere but this wasnt an option. There were no towels in the apartment but this was a mistake,and it was fixed asap and towels were brought to us that evening. The door to the Balcony was broken and it was not fixed while we were there The Balcony area was a good large size but the seating area had not been cleaned well and was grubby
