Summary: The room was clean but felt dated due to its older decor. We encountered a problem with our room key, which worked upon check-in but failed later that evening. The bed was much firmer than expected, and the pillows lacked support. The shower was operational, but the water pressure was quite low, making it difficult to rinse off soap efficiently. While there were no major issues, some upgrades and maintenance would significantly improve the guest experience.
